Did you love the first season of Million Dollar Decorators on Bravo, like I did? So many creative ideas, wacky personalities, and of course, *major* egos. I couldn't get enough of Martyn Lawrence Bullard, and his excessive use of the word *delicious*.

It's really feeling like Fall around here.Why not tackle a few Fall-ish DIY projects to freshen up a room a little? I'm always collecting rocks and branches for inspiration...it's a little strange. I guess some people relax on the beach and some people go rock hunting.

How fun is the branch coat rack from Pinterest? Love. 

This is a more modern version of my twig chandelier. 
I'm always drawn to rooms with white walls and rustic details. Maybe for my next house?

Up North

We are headed up north to the cottage tonight and to Mackinaw Island for a few days. Okay... it's my hubby's b-day tomorrow so let's fast forward to his present that came in the mail today. Yes, I let him open it early because the minute it arrived I couldn't wait until his *actual* birthday (or my birthday, or Christmas... you get the point!)

 Don't you just *adore* these prints from Crafterall?

...annnnd I just finished a few of my soy candles. One is a four wick, mammer-jammer of a candle in my favorite scent, dandelion. The other three are Lilac so my house is smelling pretty awesome right about now. Yeppers!
