Good bye summer

We spent the last few days of summer on Mackinac Island, one of my favorite places on earth.

It doesn't get better than biking, good food, and hanging out at the beach.

Week of design

Secret boards on Pinterest? No way.
Maybe I should hide my *next house* board from my husband... since we just moved two years ago.

It's finally here...the book by Young House Love. I had it on pre-order forever.
Totally worth the wait. I already marked a few of their projects that would be great for our house.

... and I helped a beekeeper with some tile design. 

That's not something you hear everyday.

...and I love bees too {remember my paintings?} so it was a super fun time.

We also went to my favorite antique show and found some serious treasures
