I have a thing for old houses, not really a secret at this point. My hubby and I were trying to figure out if we have a Sears kit house or not. Judging by this handy guideline, we don't have a kit house, more like a custom 1915 craftsman. We do have most of the original details like the built-ins, door hardware, oak trim, and even the door bell... but not the original steam heat radiators, which is a good thing!
